"ONE OF THOSE WOMEN"

Right now, we are living in a time where women are finding their voices and allowing their true selves shine. It's exciting, inspiring, and about time!

However we do still have women who are unable to speak their truth, stand up for themselves, look themselves in the mirror because they are ashamed of what they "think" they look like, or have the courage to try new things because they feel less than or not good enough.

In the coming year I encourage everyone WOMAN, to be ONE OF THOSE WOMEN.

A woman...
Who is supportive and kind to others.
Who is non-judgemental of themselves and to others around them.
Who wants to help others for only that- helping others without expecting anything back.
Who stands up for what she believes in and is not be afraid to speak her truth.
Who takes care of her body and respects it with proper nutrition and daily exercise.
Who always turns to faith when fear takes hold.
Who builds other women up.
Who never settles. EVER!
Who believes in herself always no matter how hard life gets.
Who takes responsibility for her actions.
Who looks in the mirror everyday and knows her worth  +  truly loves who she is.

Who creates the life she wants.
Who at the end of each day is thankful for the life she has and all the possibilities life has given her.
